Dear ISP Partner

Octotel technicians will be conducting scheduled conformance maintenance on our infrastructure which will affect the Rondebosch Node.

Please see maintenance information below:

Planned Start Date/Time: 30/06/2026 00:00 AM SAST

Planned End Date/Time: 30/06/2026 05:00 AM SAST

Affected areas: Claremont, Harfield, Kenilworth, Newlands, Rondebosch, Wynberg

Scope of work:

The maintenance is to ensure optimal connectivity in the area and to ensure all customers connections are within spec to guarantee a stable connection.

If a customer loses connectivity between the maintenance window it is the result of the scheduled maintenance. 

Our Engineers will be on site to ensure the maintenance is kept to an absolute minimum.

Impact:
Certain customers may experience intermittent to no connectivity for the duration of the maintenance window
